Usernames must not impersonate hy555 staff, other users or any real or fictitious person. Passwords must meet minimum security standards as specified during registration. hy555 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where available.
hy555 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) process in compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) standards and age verification obligations. The KYC process may be initiated at registration, at any point during your use of the Platform, or as a condition of processing a withdrawal request.

It is the User's responsibility to verify the accuracy of bet details — including selection, stake amount and odds — before confirming. hy555 will not reverse a confirmed bet on the grounds of User error, unless a manifest system error has occurred on hy555's side.
Odds displayed on the Platform are indicative and may change before a bet is confirmed. The odds applied to a confirmed bet are those displayed at the precise moment of acceptance. hy555 reserves the right to suspend, void or alter any market at its discretion — particularly in cases of incomplete events, data feed errors or exceptional circumstances (e.g., abandonment of a match during a PSL or ICC fixture).
A bet may be declared void and the stake returned in the following circumstances: the event is abandoned or postponed beyond the applicable settlement window; a material error in odds is confirmed by the odds provider; insufficient information is available to settle the market according to standard rules; or hy555 determines that a bet was placed using fraudulent means.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and may vary by sport, event type and user account status. Current limits are displayed in the bet slip at the time of placement. hy555 reserves the right to adjust individual User stake limits at any time without prior notice, particularly where unusual betting patterns are detected.
In-play markets are subject to additional latency and feed-reliability considerations. During high-volume events such as PSL finals or ICC World Cup matches, odds may be temporarily suspended while key events (wickets, goals, red cards) are confirmed. Bets placed during a suspension period will be cancelled and stakes returned.
Deposits must be made using payment methods listed in the Platform's live cashier at the time of transaction.
